Thank you for shopping with Unchained Inspirations by Kellee. We take pride in creating custom, high-quality handcrafted items. Because many of our products are made to order, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting, including product details, spelling, color selections, and sizing. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To qualify for a replacement or store credit, you must provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
 

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds for custom items.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please notify us within 3 business days. We will cover the return shipping cost and promptly send the correct item at no additional charge.

Unchained Inspirations by Kellee is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by postal carriers. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital downloads or class registrations
- Gift cards
